UPDATES ! The Gate's Open
Permenkumham No. 34 of 2021 concerning the Granting of Immigration Visas and Residence Permits in the Period of Handling the 2019 Covid-19 Spread and National Economic Recovery.
This regulation grants entry permits to foreigners holding visit visas, limited stay visas, limited stay permits and valid and valid permanent residence permits.
Foreigners holding APEC Business Travel Cards (KPP), crews of transportation equipment coming with their transportation means, as well as Traditional Border Crossers are also now allowed to enter Indonesia.
Offshore visas can be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the legislation via https://t.co/jwu4RokGLm or https://t.co/SE2B8IJomP (for foreign workers only).
Additional requirements for an offshore visa (MANDATORY):
- Complete dose of Covid-19 vaccination certificate
- Statement letter willing to comply with health protocols in Indonesia
- Proof of ownership of health insurance/travel insurance
- If you don't have health insurance, replace it with a statement that you are willing to bear medical expenses independently.
