Luc thought he was just going for a dive in Bunaken…

WRONG. 😂🤿

He surfaced to find out that his dive buddy, our crew, and apparently the entire Tagaroa team had other plans. 🎂🎉🥳

No fancy restaurant.
No boring birthday dinner.
Just salty hair, wet feet, good vibes, and a birthday surprise on a boat in the middle of Bunaken. 🌊🔥

Because honestly…

A new milestone for Tagaroa Dive Center.

We are proud to announce that Tagaroa Dive Center is now an 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐀𝐃𝐈 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐑𝐞𝐜 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫.

This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering technical diver training that meets PADI’s international standards for safety, education, and professionalism.

Becoming a PADI TecRec Center is an important step in our journey, allowing us to offer a wider range of technical diving education for divers who are ready to expand their skills beyond recreational limits.

This achievement would not have been possible without the trust of our students, the dedication of our team, and the continued support of the diving community. Thank you for being part of our journey.

We’re excited for the next chapter and look forward to training the next generation of technical divers in Indonesia.

The PADI Tec 40 course is the first step into the world of technical diving, where divers begin to expand their knowledge beyond recreational limits. From advanced dive planning and equipment configuration to decompression procedures and gas management, every skill is designed to build confidence and discipline underwater.

Technical diving is not about going deeper. It is about understanding the risks, mastering new techniques, and becoming a more capable diver.

This is only the beginning.
