Hello guys!
We are looking for 2 Dive Master Interns (dmt), starting with beginning of May.
We offer rescue + dive-master courses for free, for those who want to work with us for 3 months, administrating the dive-shop. The dmts will pay just for their PADI applications and manuals.
GiLi ScuBa is a small, PADI dive-center, Indonesian own, with most of the staff being local. We are a family like team and we like to keep this relationship and mood with our customers too.
Being a small dive center, we are more flexible in scheduling the courses and choosing dive-sites, but also, each of us have more responsibilities and must be multi – tasking. We expect, ones we’ll be busier, not to have enough time to check all the papers (forms filled by the divers, vouchers…), talk with customers, check emails, update web site, organize the work flow… So, we plan to share these tasks with our dmts.
Now we are 2 permanent instructors, 2 dive masters, 1 guy who works in the office and 4 who work on the boat and equipment room. We have 2 boats, 25 sets of new equipment, our own pool, compressor, emergency oxygen unit, teaching materials.
A dmt would get no-limit dives for 3 months, with us and our guests, assist in courses and, obviously, assistance in knowledge development.
If you consider you can find your place here, let us know. The rest we’ll manage together.
Tell us please: what’s your diving experience, how comfortable do you feel to talk with customers and any information you find relevant about you. Speaking French, Swedish, German or Russian, is an advantage.
We’ll be happy to answer your questions regarding GiLi ScuBa, diving around Gili, living on Gili Trawangan, dmt curriculum and other information you might need.
