Banyak orang gagal membentuk badan ideal bukan karena mereka malas angkat beban, tapi karena mental mereka belum siap untuk disiplin.
🚫 Nggak konsisten.
🚫 Mudah nyerah.
🚫 Nunggu motivasi datang.

Padahal, kunci sebenarnya ada di mindset.
Kalau pikiranmu kuat → badanmu akan ikut terbentuk.
Kalau pikiranmu lemah → sekeras apapun latihan, hasilnya tetap nggak akan maksimal.
