To help lead our operations and grow this vision in Labuan Bajo, we are seeking an experienced Dive Center & Tour Manager.
Red Whale Dive Center operates in the heart of Komodo National Park, where world class diving meets the highest standards of safety, accountability, and environmental respect. We are committed to delivering meaningful marine experiences while protecting the ocean that sustains our work. This is achieved through close collaboration with local teams and coastal communities.
This role is suited to a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of dive and tour operations, and a genuine passion for building a dive center rooted in integrity, sustainability, and care for both people and the sea. You will oversee daily dive and tour activities, lead and support diverse teams, and ensure every guest leaves not only with unforgettable experiences, but with a deeper connection to and respect for the ocean.
