We are situated in small village Desa Ped on amazing tropical island Nusa Penida only 12 km from Bali. We offer freediving training and freediving courses from beginners to instructors, breath-hold workshops for surfers. We do watsu and aguahara sessions (kind of massage in water and deep relaxation practice.) We have regular yoga classes in our cozy studio. We dance and teach contact improvisatio

n and dance in water. We organize freedive trips to awesome Manta Rays and land trips around the island.

Before you sign up for Wave 1 freediving course, here’s what most people ask👉

Yes, medical insurance is included in the price. No, you don’t need to hold your breath for long — most beginners hit 2–3 minutes after the first pool session. Groups are small and we provide all the gear.

Equalization issues? We work with you individually. Accommodation? Not included in the base course, but we offer packages.

Conditions on Nusa Penida are stable year-round!
