A single day introduction to the growing sport that is freediving. Learn diving physiology, breat
hing/relaxation techniques, Static and Dynamic apnea in our pool session, as well as diving down to 10 meters in the open water, all in 1 day! SSI LEVEL 1
3 day course - $330 USD
Lets go a little deeper.. Our Level 1 course will teach you all of the basics of safe freediving down to 20 meters as well as an internationally recognised certification. Learn physiology, Breathing and relaxation techniques, equalisation techniques, stretching for freediving and safety/rescue procedures. You will get a real chance to test your breath-hold with Static and work on your technique and distance with Dynamic in the pool sessions. Using all the knowledge gathered we will venture into the open water where you have the opportunity to dive down to 20 meters! After our training session we will snorkel/freedive at one of the local dive sites. This is a great beginners course that will open your eyes to apnea diving, everything you learn you take away with you, just add water. SSI LEVEL 2
4 Days - $440 USD
In level two we focus on deeper diving. Here you will learn one of the most incredible aspects of freediving, the FREEFALL. Learn to relax, equalise, conserve O2 and let gravity pull you down to as deep as 30 meters. You will learn more advanced physiology and equalisation techniques, perfect streamlining positioning as well as extending your Static and Dynamic Max. We will cover more training techniques to help you improve as well as advanced stretching and breath hold training tables. You are starting to become an aquatic mammal, the only thing that can stop you is the ocean floor! TRAINING and FUN DIVES
2.5 hours on the bouy - $60 USD
This is for any certified freedivers that want to join us on the line. We will provide any equipment you need as well as safety and advice. For advanced divers we can introduce you to the surreal feeling of drift diving. FREEDIVING WITH MANTAS
3-4 Hour day diving at Manta Bay
Manta Rays are such gentile and beautiful creatures. Diving with them is an unforgettable experience. We take certified freedivers on our trips allowing them to dive with mantas in freedom and without bubbles. Safety is paramount for us and also the Mantas. It all depends on the swell and currents so ask us about a booking.
