Auf Bali gehören Opfergaben zum täglichen Leben. Mehrmals am Tag werden kleine Körbe mit Blumen, Reis und Weihrauch an Tempeln, Schreinen, Geschäften oder vor Häusern niedergelegt.
Sie sind ein Ausdruck von Dankbarkeit, Respekt und Harmonie – gegenüber den Göttern, der Natur und den Menschen.
Für Besucher sind sie wunderschön anzusehen. Für die Balinesen sind sie ein selbstverständlicher Teil ihres Alltags.
Ein Moment, der zeigt, warum Bali nicht nur wegen seiner Landschaft, sondern auch wegen seiner Kultur so besonders ist. ❤️

On Bali, offerings are an essential part of daily life. Several times a day, small woven baskets filled with flowers, rice, and incense are placed at temples, shrines, shops, and in front of homes.
They are a symbol of gratitude, respect, and harmony—towards the gods, nature, and one another.
For visitors, they are beautiful to admire. For the Balinese, they are simply a natural part of everyday life.
A beautiful reminder that what makes Bali so special is not only its breathtaking landscapes, but also its rich culture. ❤️
