Some people grow with you — not just beside you, but truly with you.
Felicia and Satrio have been with me since the very beginning of this Pilates journey, and having them by my side all these years has been one of the greatest gifts.
is someone I deeply admire — a strong, independent woman with a peaceful soul and a sharp, passionate mind. Her knowledge of Pilates is both rich and detailed, and her love for what she does shows in every session. Beyond the studio, her kindness speaks quietly but powerfully — whether it’s her love for cats (all cats!) or just the gentle way she supports people. She’s seen my ups and downs, always close enough to support, but wise enough to give space. A true constant. Honest, humble, and a K-pop fan at heart — she lives the kind of life that reminds me that simple can also mean full.

As both a physiotherapist and a Pilates instructor, he brings a rare blend of knowledge and intuition to his work. You can feel how much he cares — in the way he observes, in how he listens, and in his steady, helpful presence. He’s reliable without needing attention, and his potential as a professional is limitless. Watching him grow into his own space, with such integrity and quiet strength, has been something really special to witness.
