Romanian Dead Lift
Thank you coach for explaining us the correct form.
His back is flat. Head neutral, and before descending down he is maximizing the stretch in his glutes and hamstrings by pushing back as far as he can followed by descending down! 💪🏼 If you need some help/assistance nailing this exercise try using a wall and stepping 1-2 feet away from it and practice pushing those hips back safely with a surface behind to catch you if need be!
