Can Drinking Water Help Me Lose Weight?

How important is water in helping me reach my leanness goals?
Water is one of the most abundant and important substances in your body, making up 55-75 percent of your total bodyweight. Even the food you eat is roughly 70 percent water.
When we don't get enough water, bad things happen: a 10-percent reduction of water in your body can make you sick and a 20-percent loss equals death. You can survive weeks without food but you can only survive a few days without water.
Clearly, water is just as important to your survival as it is to helping you reach your fitness goals.
The Watering Whole
I'm in the business of getting you ripped, so let's get down to it. If you are dieting, it is important to drink water so your liver can effectively metabolize body fat. It's also important to drink lots of water when you are carb-loading so your body can store glucose as glycogen.
It's also possible to argue that drinking water can help you lose weight because it makes you feel full and therefore less apt to eat.
However, the medical research is conflicted: some studies say drinking water helps you eat less, other studies says it doesn't. It's probably smart to couple water with a smart diet. Don't depend on water to make your food decisions.
From a fitness and bodybuilding perspective, the more water inside your muscles, the better they function. More water in your muscles increases strength and size capacity.
Nutrition consultant and author Chris Aceto explains: "The consensus in the bodybuilding community is that high water storage within muscles acts as an anabolic factor. This allows the muscles to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, which directly impacts muscle growth." Just like plants, our muscles need water to grow.
You Can Lead a Horse To Water …
Not sure how many glasses you should down? The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) recommends drinking 8-12 glasses of water per day.
The ISSA also recommends that you drink 16 ounces of water for every pound of weight lost during exercise. It typically takes your body 15-to-20 minutes to absorb 16 ounces of water.
The International Sports Medicine Institute has a different formula: 1/2 ounce per pound of body weight if you're not active (that's ten 8-ounce glasses of water for the 160-pounder), and 2/3 ounce per pound if you're athletic (13-to-14 glasses per day at the same weight.
Make sure you drink Quary RO water before and after you exercise!!

Some of the best places to shoot

Shoot for the goalies ears (if they go down easily and play in their crease)
Shoot just over the pad, either blocker side or glove side
Go 5-hole when you are in close

Why you shouldn’t always shoot high

If you shoot a bit too high the puck will end up behind the net, no chance for a rebound
If the goalie stops you he will usually catch the puck in his glove – no rebound
If you don’t know about the shooters illusion you may think there is a lot of room up high, when in fact it is covered
Shooting high through traffic usually results in a blocked shot
A lot of goalies anticipate high shots because they know players like to roof the puck

Ice Hockey, who is not familiar with this branch of sport? Sports that use all five senses and limbs, and was dubbed "The Fastest Game on Earth" and become one of the toughest sports, which is played 5 on 5 with 2 Goalie, for 60 minutes in a single game.
Ice hockey in Indonesia started from 1998, the year was the first time Ice Rink was established in Megamall Pluit, Taman Anggrek Sky Rink, Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, originated from The Flaming Nitro Team as a Sparking Team which pioneered the Sport in Indonesia, has continued and grown to more than 10 active teams to date in Indonesia,
Flaming Nitro, Batavia Demon, B Blades, Wild Panther, Hyper, Extreme, Sixel, Ice Slap, Oddysey, Tiger Blade, Warriors, Jakarta Corruption.
The players and lovers of Ice Hockey have proven to be extremely potential for pursuing his career in international matches, a lot of the players have their advantages and characters in playing the sport.
National Team is a dream and a bright future for the Athletes and a new Breakthrough to create a History in the history of Indonesian sport, because it is for the first time in Indonesia will get achievement in Ice Hockey sport.
The Team is also formed because of the encouragement of some group of figures who play important roles in the world of Asean Ice Hockey, and they see the potential of incredible talents found in Indonesian Athletes.
We were not merely to form this team with no self-evaluation and preparation has been strongly supported by Coach Jon Galang (Philipine), this figure was helping things happen, He Has a very meaningful experience for Ice Hockey, with a predicate that he owned, we agreed to commit to expand Ice Hockey Sports in Indonesia.
