Sundays are Days!
What does this even mean?
It means, itβs time to let our bodies recover,both physically and mentally.
How do we do this?
Two quick examples:
1. Do some light workouts, or possibly even a new sport. Try Yoga, Zumba, swimming, running, some golf. Just keep moving, we want to keep the momentum going. USE YOUR FITNESS!
2. Catch up on your relationships. Have some coffee with an old friend, chill with new friends, spend time with the family, catch a movie. Wind down and do things that is most natural to us, social beings, socialize! Help someone out, donate to a charity. !
This is why weβve always not have a Sunday class.
Because our coaches/staff are humans too, we want them to also fully recover, so they can bring their best again the following week.
