SDG Fellowship Program | 🏅
Palletable have taken on 4 students with autism who currently provide daily sandwiches + deliveries to the cafe at Northbridge International School since April. The cafe has reported high levels of satisfaction with their sandwiches. The students have received salaries, as well as generated donations for the special needs school.
They have also had lots of interest from other organisations to discuss how they can get their sandwiches into shops, cafes, and restaurants across Cambodia.
From the revenue they have generated from sandwich sales so far they were able to manufacture their first sandwich stand here in Phnom Penh - a proud moment as it was entirely self-funded, in line with their values of sustainability and organic growth. They hope the stand will help them to open up further revenue streams (e.g. events, live catering gigs).
