2 weeks ago and hear guys had never done a headstand. Now as their balance improves, their core becomes stronger and their abilities Advance... was they are getting there. “What has this to do with BJJ” you may ask? Well in BJJ core strength, neck strength and balance are all crucial to the development.
The team are coming along great, and learning new things, along with regular refreshing of previously learnt techniques and I couldn’t be happier with them all.
Good work guys, August 2020 has been good for development, let’s see how far we get in September 💪🏼
