Kicked off Spring 2026 in the prettiest place I have ever had the pleasure to hunt. Getting to chase hard gobbling turkeys at 6,000 feet on the slopes of an ancient volcano is hard to beat. I can’t even truly put into words how thankful I am to be able to do what I love, in the most beautiful places on earth. This one will be a tough one to top. Spring is here and I couldn’t be happier🦃

Another beautiful day spent in woods. Didn’t find any sheds but it’s never really only about that. Shed hunting, scouting the past seasons deer sign and looking for turkey sign were the goals. I always go into the woods to try and learn something. I found tons of sign in areas that I won’t walk during hunting season. These are the pieces of the puzzle that really matter. Your ability to note, retain and utilize them the next season is what really matters. Come up with a system for this that works for you. It could be the difference between success or an unfilled tag.

Beyond excited to join the field staff and put some of these to the test across the East Coast and Midwest. was founded in a garage right here in Pennsylvania so it was a no brainer to join up and support each others goals. Every rope is handmade, packaged and vacuum sealed. If you haven’t tried scrape ropes or are skeptical for any reason, check out the VineLines, made using real grapefruit vines. I’ll be getting some of these rolling soon and they will be a welcomed addition to the whitetail toolbox. We are pumped to see how they can help us learn a little bit more and become better hunters next Fall.

Deer season 2025-2026✅ The greatest memories of my life. I couldn’t be more thankful for my friends, family, and the support from everyone who makes this the best time of the year. Reflecting on our mistakes and continuing to learn and improve is all apart of the game. We all need something to do get us through February and now is the best time for growth. Time to clean the guns, pack away the bow, spend time with family and friends and get ready for Spring. Cheers to 2026 for being the best year yet for all of you🍾

A truly once in a lifetime Pennsylvania longbeard. This mountain gobbler had quite the surprise for me when I got up to him. A $100 PGC reward band and a radio transmitter on his back. What a great way to kick off the last week of May. The clock is running out, but there is still time to make some more memories. It’s been another incredible season, and if this is the final chapter for Spring 2025, that is more than alright by me.

Spent the last 6 days trying to catch up to an Eastern gobbler in one of the toughest places on Earth. 4 trips over 3 years, 16 days of total hunting and I finally got a chance to pull the trigger on one. This 26.93lb Ocean State longbeard was the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s bittersweet to have checked this one off the list.

I couldn’t have done it without the help from one of the best Turkey Men north of the Mason Dixon Line, someone who I am now lucky enough to call a good friend. A place I couldn’t wait to leave is now a place that I can’t wait to return thanks to Ol’ Capt Jack.

Rio gobblers, great friends and a few days in Heaven. Huge thanks to and the Geiser family for their hospitality. When you’re lucky enough to have folks in Texas treat you like family, you’re family forever. I’m so thankful to get to show .morrison around one of the prettiest places and for her to be treated like family as well. She got to experience the best South Texas has to offer 🌵

PA✅

Very lucky to put my PA tag on this busted up ole, late season 8 point. After 57 days of hunting Pennsylvania, it was the first time I let an arrow (or bullet) fly all season. I don’t ever plan to take it down to the wire, but that’s 2 years in a row with buzzer be**er bucks in the last 10 days of the season. Persistence and a little bit of good luck will always work out in the end. Good luck to anyone still braving the elements and chasing some last minute January bucks🦌
