This young boy did quiet well yesterday, cutting weight from 91.7kg to 88kg. First win by straight ankle lock, second loss by points. I hate this point system but they are the rules. I missed a beautiful Omoplata, I think I am too sensitive injuring an athlete for a gold medal. the absolute was a total mess 🤣😂🤣, but anyway. "It is what it is"." This is the way."

This is a video example of how distance coaching works.
Here is the case of Bastien.
He came to Bali two years ago. I took care of him and put him on track. He lost 20 kg. But since his arrival in the Philippines and confinement. He gained a lot of weight and fell back into bad habits.
So he contacted me again to put in place a strategy and to re-establish a new base. Of course, like everyone else, he would like the job to be done in a month.
But does it takes time and patience to build a solid foundation?

Voilà un exemple vidéo de comment se passe du coaching à Distance. Ici c'est le cas de Bastien. Il était venu un an auparavant à Bali. Je m'étais occupé de lui et l'avais mis sur la voie. Il a perdu 20 kg. Mais depuis son arrivé aux Philippines et le confinement. Il a repris pas mal de poids et est retombé dans de mauvaises habitudes.

Il m'a donc recontacté pour qu'on remette en place une stratégie et pour rétablir de nouvelle base. Bien sur comme tout le monde il aimerais qu'en un mois le travail soit fait. Mais il faut du temps et de la patience pour créer des fondations solides ?

10 years ago. Gonna go back to it in January 2022. I will still manage my online coaching clients. And will still come back in quite often. I will be in France half October to half November. Then Back to police January 2022. Miss so much the french mentality 🤮. But i will not miss the food anymore 🥖🍟🥐😇
