You can find out on Saturday January 23rd, 2016 (Australia Day Weekend) on the idyllic, holiday playground island of Bali, Indonesia, at the New Canggu Club. Canggu Club is Bali’s premier sporting and leisure facility, featuring a world class water park, trampoline centre, tennis courts, gymnasium, bowling alley and sports field. We play host to international sporting competitions all throughout t
he year… including tennis, football, AFL and netball. Now it’s time to see who is the best of the best, with the Bali Fit Four. Bali Fit Four is a one day competition based on strength, fitness, strategy, teamwork, stamina and tenacity. Twenty teams of four athletes (two males and two females) will compete in 7 challenges…
4 x Single Challenges - each team member competes against team members of the same gender from other teams
2 x Doubles Challenges - the girls from each team compete against the girls from other teams, and the then it’s the boy’s turn
1 x Team Challenge - all four team members compete against other teams of four in a brutal showdown
The challenges will only be revealed on the day, so you must train for anything… being the fastest or the strongest won’t help, it’s about being a well-rounded athlete (but if you want a hint of what we’re planning, watch a few episodes of Survivor and you’ll get the idea). At this stage, the entry fee for each team will be about 3,000,000IDR (about AU$300), and will include entry to Splash for each competitor and a guest (8 tickets per team - a value of 2,400,000IDR). Additional spectators are welcome and will be 150,000IDR for adults (about AU$15) and 90,000 for children (about AU$9) - which includes entry to Splash Water Park after the final of the Bali Fit Four. All athletes will receive a Participation Pack, including t-shirt and prizes, and the winners of the Bali Fit Four will receive money and prizes valued at over 30,000,000IDR (based on 20 teams competing).
