Unfortunately, the weather isn’t allowing us to practice outdoors tomorrow, so there will be no outdoor yoga class. 🌧️💨

But don’t let that stop you from getting on your mat! 🧘‍♀️✨ You can always practice with me on my YouTube channel, where you’ll find plenty of different yoga practices to choose from 🧘‍♀️

So, roll out your mat, make yourself cosy, and let’s practice together from home. 🧘‍♀️🌿

Join us for some fresh air and movement!
I’m hosting FREE outdoor yoga sessions, and everyone is welcome, no matter your experience level. It’s the perfect way to breathe, flow, and restore.
🗓 When: Every Saturday, 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
📍 Where: Lutterworth Recreation Ground (LE17 4RB)
What you need:
Just bring your own yoga mat.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily.
