I’m not a fan of big resolutions when it comes to start a new year. Sure, it can feel amazing to say « this year I’m gonna be happy » or « this year I’m gonna be so healthy and run 5k each morning ». Keep in mind that a big resolution without realistic baby steps towards it is rarely achievable. Anyways what is a resolution without the journey towards it.. nothing.

So take time think about it, speak about it or write about it. What makes YOU really happy? How can I achieve it step by step, achievement by achievement?

You want to journal, start writing down 1 thought a day.

You want to be more present, progressively (it’s all about PROGRESS here) cut off your screen time before bed and when you wake up.

You want to feel more energize, wake up 20 min earlier and plan to move your body, yoga or even explore breathwork.

Begin your day and consciously focus on the things you can realistically do to make this your reality and specially make your baby steps become a part of your natural routine.

This way, you start 2022 empowered!

Little bite of North of Bali with the cold air and big trees to give me a glimpse of being at home.

Christmas this year is not what I expected. I have to say, I’m truly missing my family and my dear friends. Being so far from home during uncertain time like this can be hard.

If you are away or don’t have the chance to be with your loved ones, take time to tell them how much you love them, how special they are to you; allowed them time; and perhaps show kindness and forgiveness.
