Working on throwing and catching from behind the back in different combinations and rhythms. There's really no limit to it it's really just how far I want to go in a certain direction. More and more I just enjoy the movement

I also like using kettlebells for non-traditional exercises such as this fun little combination I put together. Water skipper followed by push-ups alternating sides. I find doing them on kettlebells on the uneven ground is much more difficult than doing the same on flat ground. A unique mix of mobility, coordination, and conditioning

A nice kb movement flow stringing together 8 lifts onto 1 complex. I'm doing sets of 5 but you can do any number of repetition. Try to do at least 3 sets through working up to 5 sets through with no rest in between each circuit. When you can do 5 uninterrupted, increase kb weight by 2kg each and repeat process starting with 3 sets

1 circuit consists of these 8 lifts:

Swing-Clean-Press-Snatch-OH Squat-OH Squat/Snatch-Sots Press-Thruster
