The Sekar Wangi Pencak Silat Kids Competition was taking place at our Paguron (Academy) in Puncak Cipanas, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. We made this Competition before Fasting Month which we had a month off the Pencak Silat training. It was like a gathering party to make the kids happy.

Our regular schedule Pencak Silat training is every Saturday at 8.00 to 10.00 pm. We have a Pencak Silat instrument training class at our academy in the same time and we also produce the hand made Gendang Pencak by Make To Order (MTO).

A few days before Fasting Month (Ramadhan), the Cianjur Moslem Society usually prepare to have a family gathering. They go to the park nearby to have lunch together. This tradition is called Papajar.
Pencak Silat Sekar Wangi had Papajar at Cibodas, Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park on August 24th, 2008.
