Our used-body is far from β€˜perfect’. There is one or two other reasons that cause it is not working the way it should be. Mr. Joseph Pilates founded a method to refresh those, not to create a perfect body, but to give an insight how to get a better balance to use our body. And, to be true, it is never easy. How do we see Pilates ? ‡️
Pilates is a discipline. Pilates is a foundation for all those incredible movements or power that we want to achieve. And, the best thing ever is, Pilates is the one that always brings our bodies back to life when all medications did not work.

Is that easy to achieve ? ‴️
For these 12 years long, we never say : it is easy. We are very grateful that our Clients are the working-hard-Clients who always have the fire of learning how to move their bodies in the most effective way.

And, the outcome is always the most satisfying one. The feeling good inside our bodies is the best feeling ever. It feels like : πŸ†—, i am ready to face this crazy world again, but this time, stronger πŸ₯‚
