COACH BATTLES — FINAL CHALLENGES ARE LIVE 🔥

We tested our coaches across 9 challenges to see where their fitness is really at.

They set the scores.
Now it’s your turn to beat them.

Pick one challenge, film your attempt, post it and tag .bali or send the video directly to us.

Best score for each challenge wins a prize 🎁

CHALLENGE 6 — Row Sprint
Beat Coach Ricky’s time: 1:22 min
For time: 500m men / 450m women Row.
Fast start, hold on, empty the tank.

CHALLENGE 7 — DB Over Burpees + DB Snatch
Beat Coach Bram’s time: 1:16 min
For time:
20 DB Over Burpees
20 Alternating DB Snatch
Load: 22.5kg men / 15kg women

CHALLENGE 8 — Rope Climb Sprint
Beat Coach Ricky’s time: 18 sec
For time: 3 Rope Climbs.
Clean reps, fast transitions, no wasted time.

CHALLENGE 9 — Swim Sprint
Beat Coach Ricky’s time: 28 sec
For time: 50m Swim.
Start in the pool — no dive.

Film it. Tag us. Beat the coaches.
Best score takes the prize.

CHALLENGE 1 — Dead Hang
Beat Coach Faraz’s time: 2:12 min
Hang from the bar for as long as possible. Once you drop, your time is done.

CHALLENGE 2 — Med Ball Chest Pass
Beat Coach Ricky’s distance: 6.5m @ 20lbs (14lbs for women)
Chest pass for max distance. Feet must stay planted — no stepping, no shuffle.

CHALLENGE 3 — 3 Consecutive Broad Jumps
Beat Coach Karim’s distance: 9.3m
Three broad jumps in a row for max total distance. Stick the landing and try to go further than Karim.

CHALLENGE 4 — Handstand Hold
Beat Coach Faraz’s time: 1:36 min
Hold your handstand inside a 1.5m x 1.5m square. Hands can move, but you cannot step outside the box.

CHALLENGE 5 — Barbell Shoulder Press
Beat Coach Ricky’s score: 26 reps
Max strict reps: 50kg men / 35kg women. No legs, no dip, no push press.

Film it. Tag us. Beat the coaches.
Best score takes the prize.

We’re adding 3 surf-focused sessions to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that performs better in and out of the water.

SURF FIT
Tuesday — 12PM
Strength, conditioning, balance, rotation, and surf-specific movement to build a stronger, more athletic body.

SURF MOBILITY
Wednesday — 12PM
Mobility, control, range of motion, and joint health to help you move better and feel better.

SURF WATER
Thursday — 12PM
Water-based practice to improve confidence, breathing, endurance, and overall comfort in the water.

Built for surfers, but not only for surfers.

Designed to compliment our SURF Fit classes and create a complete surf fitness routine.

PERFORM brings a new direction to our Functional Fitness program with 3 new classes:
Barbell, Team and Gymnastics 🏋🏻‍♂️

Mobility classes are also making a comeback:
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10AM 🧘‍♂️
Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body focused sessions.

New additions also include:
Calisthenics and Animal Flow Beginner 🤸‍♂️
