6lbs in 7 days 🤯

Quick shout out to (Kyle)

This man has been relentless during this fat loss phase

So many opportunities to quit, take the easy route or drift away from the game plan we’d set

Through the long weeks, stress and tough days this man’s been honestly an inspiration to coach

We had 2-3 weeks left to wrap up this fat loss phase

We could have coasted but Kyle wanted more

So we pulled out our Rapid Fat Loss System

This system is my go to when someone’s hit a fat loss plateau and I know they’re in a spot to go all in for 1-2 weeks to get through it or they’ve got a strict time deadline to finish by

7 days, 6lbs down, 10 days still to go 🔥

This system isn’t the right one for everyone but when the situation suits it can get incredible results

Week In The Life⚡️

On my mind this week💭

Been wrestling with the idea of doing “enough” and I’ve settled on the fact I’ll never have balance.

I’ll have times of all in, 100mph unbalance with my foot to the floor

And times where I can take a step back

But if you REALLY want to improve your life be it work, body, mind, relationships etc you’ll need some unbalance and to go all in for a period of time ok the specific thing in my opinion

Not forever but for a time - (you can still make progress without being at 100% and you should learn to as well as that will be most of your life)

The all in season is one I’m transitioning further into now, and I’m excited for it and the impact, business and the life I’ll keep building as a result 🤝

BODY 💪

Turns out my knee was in fact NOT 100% and woke up Thursday unable to walk properly

So 1x Lower & 2x upper sessions complete but runs, 2nd leg session and steps all took a hit.

Can walk again today 100% so hopefully next week will see a full return to training

Still having 20kg Pull Ups in the bag for reps without doing them for a year was a nice win

LIFE 🇮🇩

Just over a week into the one month Bali stay and feeling so settled and in routine here

No distractions, fully focussed and locked in with business, training and my own development

So easy to be fully focussed but also finding it easy to switch off on a Sunday and to relax which I find tough at home

Spent today getting extra sleep, out for breakfast and then down for a no phone beach day ☀️

Itching to get back to work tomorrow for a big Monday catching up with everyone on the team 🔥

You’ve decided enough is enough

You no longer want to accept the body your in

The way you feel physically and mentally

The way that your showing up for yourself and the standards your currently accepting

This was Jack when he came to me back on January 1st

He’d moved abroad and was working a high pressure job where people needed him 6/7 days per week

No routine, living on delivered meals and easy options

Getting to bed late and waking up in a rush for work with no time for himself

He’s one person who easily could have said “I don’t have time”

If he had, I’d have got it

But he didn’t come with excuses

He wanted to change

So that’s what we did

Call 1 we built a bespoke strategy that would make his life better not worse

We implemented our signature FGF Framework meaning Jack could prep his whole days food in less than 10 mins

No longer relying on easy takeaways and his energy and mood skyrocketed as fat melted off at 2-3lbs every week

We fixed his sleep routines meaning he could go into each work day focussed and sharp to close big deals

We built a training plan that got Jack excited

One he could use to de stress and have fun with instead of dread

He went from no training to 3-4x sessions every week and hasn’t missed a single session all year 🤯

Finally Jack got access to the Accountability Accelerator

This meant any time something could go wrong he had the right support on hand to catch him, re adjust and keep going

Completely removing the “start again next week” struggle you’ve probably faced too

Now?

He’s lost 56lbs that’s almost 10lbs EVERY month

He’s got a promotion at work and is leading his team as the go to guy because he’s showing up with a new level of energy, focus and drive

He’s become the fittest and strongest he’s been in YEARS

He’s become bulletproof. Anything you throw at this guy he can now handle straight away and keep moving forward

Jacks committed to being part of the team for the whole of 2025

Our next goal?

Get sub 100kg body weight, take his training to a new level in a new gym environment and really uncover his potential
