Week In The Life⚡️
On my mind this week💭
Been wrestling with the idea of doing “enough” and I’ve settled on the fact I’ll never have balance.
I’ll have times of all in, 100mph unbalance with my foot to the floor
And times where I can take a step back
But if you REALLY want to improve your life be it work, body, mind, relationships etc you’ll need some unbalance and to go all in for a period of time ok the specific thing in my opinion
Not forever but for a time - (you can still make progress without being at 100% and you should learn to as well as that will be most of your life)
The all in season is one I’m transitioning further into now, and I’m excited for it and the impact, business and the life I’ll keep building as a result 🤝
BODY 💪
Turns out my knee was in fact NOT 100% and woke up Thursday unable to walk properly
So 1x Lower & 2x upper sessions complete but runs, 2nd leg session and steps all took a hit.
Can walk again today 100% so hopefully next week will see a full return to training
Still having 20kg Pull Ups in the bag for reps without doing them for a year was a nice win
LIFE 🇮🇩
Just over a week into the one month Bali stay and feeling so settled and in routine here
No distractions, fully focussed and locked in with business, training and my own development
So easy to be fully focussed but also finding it easy to switch off on a Sunday and to relax which I find tough at home
Spent today getting extra sleep, out for breakfast and then down for a no phone beach day ☀️
Itching to get back to work tomorrow for a big Monday catching up with everyone on the team 🔥
