Iโm a huge fan of goal setting. I believe it gives people focus and direction with training/life in general and allows people to formulate an effective plan in achieving whatever goal they set out.
๐ป๐๐ค๐๐ฃ๐๐, ๐กโ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ข ๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ .
What I mean by the above is this....
If you have a goal to become a Sanctional level CrossFit athlete, then you must align all your actions to that goal. Making good nutrition choices, getting more than enough sleep, making sacrifices in your job and personal life, get all your training done even when you feel demotivated, the list goes on.
Or maybe you want to lose weight, look good in a bikini ๐ for that beach holiday...Or your a bloke who wants to see his Abs for the first time ever? ๐ช๐ป However for 30% of the week (fri-sun) you donโt make good nutrition choices ๐ณ๐ซ, drink too much alcohol๐ท๐บ and donโt train๐ด...Your goal therefore is unrealistic.
I hear this a lot...

Sแด You ask them to commit to a few lifestyle changes and low and behold, their not willing too or they come up with every excuse as to why they canโt ๐๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ.
I donโt know quite where Iโm going with this post but I guess the legendary Ronnie Coleman said it best...
