What We Do:
Using multiple planes of motion and link the pillar (back, shoulder & core) to whole body movement. Improve overall athletic movement capability and learn new exercises that are designed to deliver functional results. Integrate Head to Toe: Whole body, linked movement training. Linked training depends on the pillar (back, shoulder & core) linking upper to lower body.

rength, mobility & stability. Balance bilateral & unilateral movement capability

3. Activate Pillar (back, shoulder & core). Our pillar is our stabilizer and to resist rotational forces. To initiate, or contribute to rotational movement.

4.Incorporate Multi-Directional movement (Sagittal, Frontal & Transverse planes). Core activation occurs during all movement & positions.

5. Establish Balance & Stability. Train balance & stability as a foundation for skilled movement.bTrain transitional balance and core stability during acceleration,in-motion, and deceleration.

The GREEN zone indicates 70-79% of maximal heart rate. It is appropriate for moderate intensity aerobic activity. We use the term aerobic activity to include both resistance training and cardiorespiratory training as both can be aerobic activities (relying primarily on the aerobic energy system).

A little note from
Always been a heart fulfilling when doing and teaching my Human Foundation class of Functional Patterns, the training system which prioritize function by helping to build awareness and understanding on how we move our body intentionally in relation with body structure and biomechanics that will eventually reaching postural integrity in every dynamic movement.

Things you will learn from my class:
1.How to create tension contextually (body electricity) for better connection throughout the body through sling activation
2.Improve basic gait and locomotion
3.Train the body to move effectively and efficiently

We have a new class for you in September! Barre with .aranda every Thursday afternoon!
Barre is an intense low interval training which combines pilates, dance and functional movements, focus on fatigueing the abdominal, glutes (b***y) & thighs area by stimulating your inner muscle. Conducted in a low impact form, yet so Intense you will shake & burn and have lots of fun with the experience.
