Strong bodies, brave hearts, curious minds. 💛

Minggu ini di kelas Little Warrior anak2 belajar arm balance Tittibhasana dan Eka Hasta Bhujasana. Jatuh, tertawa, bangun lagi, trus coba lg.
Dari proses belajar arm balance ini bukan hanya fisik anak2 yg dikuatkan tapi yg paling penting anak2 jadi belajar untuk berani mencoba, fokus, koordinasi, dan percaya pada diri sendiri.
Good job kids!

Buat temen2 lain yuk ikutan… Pintu kelas kami selalu terbuka untuk little yogis yang siap bereksplorasi. 💛

Sehubungan dengan jadwal sertifikasi handstand pengajar pada tanggal 20 Juni - 23 Agustus maka selama tanggal tersebut kelas BEGINNER minggu sore berubah menjadi MINGGU PAGI 10.15-11.15. Terimakasih atas pengertiannya

Dikit2 harus lembut, harus gentle, latihan harus lembut. Hidup harus selalu nyaman. Berat dikit langsung mundur. Ga enak dikit langsung dianggap toxic. Agak struggle dikit langsung diumbar ke mana-mana seolah semua discomfort itu salah. Gemas bgt sama yg terlalu meromantisasi softness.

Hidup ga selalu butterfly and cupcakes dek.
Kalau sistem saraf ga pernah dilatih untuk menahan rasa ga nyaman, menghadapi pressure, tetap bertahan saat keadaan sulit, sedikit masalah aja bisa langsung mental collapse.

Sthira sukham asanam.
Stabilitas dan kelembutan.
Effort & ease.
Semua harus balance.

Balance bukan berarti hidup tanpa tekanan.
Tapi kemampuan untuk tetap stabil di tengah tekanan.

Ada value besar dalam belajar untuk ga langsung mundur saat sesuatu terasa challenging. Disiplin itu gak selalu nyaman dek.
Growth juga gak selalu terasa manis.

Soft and strong.
Grounded and open.
Itu yang menurutku lebih mendekati esensi practice yang sebenarnya.

Anyway, berikut foto hasil latihan dg military drill, di tarik2, dijeritin, dibujuk2, sampai akhirnya kebal dg sensasinya 😛

Dari minggu kemarin makan gak tenang tidur pun gak nyenyak gara2 diteror upload foto melulu 🥴
Mau pilih salah satu buat jadi first slide aja bingung banget apalagi bikin caption.
