Story Time - 11 Years Training⏳
When I was 15 I used to train after school with one of my boys and we used to drink 2 servings of Mutant Mass on the walk to meet his Mum to pick us up. That s**t was the most vile drink I’ve ever drank, thinking about it makes me gag, it was like drinking cement. As soon as I’d get home I’d then have to eat dinner and I’d be shaking I was so full but Mum had cooked so you know you gotta finish your plate.
I just had this burning desire to get as big as possible and be jacked.
Nothing else mattered🤣
Kinda miss that s**t
What I can say is, I’m a long way off being where I want to be physique wise, but the mutant mass shakes were worth it.

End of cut physique⚡️
It didn’t go quite to plan but that’s ok - looking to maintain this sort of shape year round now and just slowly build lean tissue
I definitely prefer being leaner and with being 10+ years into training it’s not like a bulk is going to allow me to pack on a good few kilos of muscle. Slow and steady wins the race🤓
