You’ve no idea how much of your low energy, had health, mood and feeling low are caused by SIMPLE vitamin deficiencies 🤯
1. Vitamin D. Over 70% of Indians are deficient in vitamin D and guess what the symptoms are? Fatigue, depression, muscle aches, anxiety and pain. If you’re feeling these for no apparent reason, get your levels checked and start supplementing with 60,000 IU (easily available at medical shops) with a fat soluble food and you’ll feel better in no time. Along with this, get some sunlight every morning!
2. Magnesium: guess what the symptoms are? fatigue, insomnia and weakness, just like vitamin D. However if you struggle with PCOS, then it’s important to take it especially in your late 20s so that your fertility and health aren’t at stake. Nuts, seeds, dark chocolates and supplements are wonderful ways to sneaking in some magnesium!
3. Vitamin b12: symptoms are brain fog and persistent tiredness. In your late 20s are when you wanna kill it in your life and career but if you’re constantly tired, what are you gonna do? If you’re vegetarian, you’re most likely deficient so it’s time to supplement. If you eat meat, poultry and eggs are absolute goldmines of vitamin b12.
4. Omega 3 fatty acids: when it comes to deciding inflammation, and maintaining a healthy heart. The symptoms are often fatigue, dry skin and mood disorders with joint pain. Foods like fatty fish are awesome but if that’s not possible, chia seeds, walnuts and flax seeds are awesome for the same.
