Whether you’re racing competitively or just aiming to survive and enjoy the experience, this is your chance to test your pacing, transitions, teamwork, and race strategy in a simulation environment

4 laps around the Wefitness area, adter every run, straight into one of the 8 workstations

Stations:

SkiErg 1000m 
Sled Push 50m @152/102kg
Sled Pull 50m @103/78kg
Burpee Broad Jumps 80m
RowErg 1000m
Farmers Carry 200m @24/16kg
Dumbbell Lunges 100m @10/20kg
Wall Balls 100x @5/7kg

Session format:
• 10-minute heat waves (6:30-6:40-6:50-etc)
• Starting from 6:30AM Last wave at 8:30AM
• ⁠Maximum 3 groups per heat

Spots are based on first come, first served. You can also pre-book your wave through our DM or WhatsApp 📩

Key rules for the session:
- Move safely at all times
- ⁠Be aware of others around you
- ⁠Don’t block each other during transitions or stations
- ⁠Communicate with your partner
- ⁠Respect the flow
