Our Commitment to Cleanliness & Safety
By following the latest high hygiene and cleanliness standard requirements and also adding extra precaution into our standard operations, Amed Scuba continues to actively monitor and ensure a safe, healthy, and clean operation and facilities including our property’s public areas such as lobbies, shared pools, toilets, and restaurant.
Arrivals
During arrival, the primary procedure requires body temperature checks, contactless greetings, and luggage disinfection when enter the premise. Guests are also required to fill the Guest Health Declaration Form for providing the information related to health issues and travel history.
Hygiene Support
To support the personal hygiene, hand sanitizers are available at lobbies and other designated areas. For guest who didn’t bring face mask, we also provide the new and sterilized one at reception
Transport
Vehicles used for airport transfers and shuttle service are fully sanitized after every trip. Our drivers follow the rigorous hygiene standards, and hand sanitizer is also available in vehicles.
Common Public Areas
Regular cleaning in all property public areas is enhanced including focus on high-touch areas, such as door handles, railings, switches, sofas, desks, cushions, and also restaurant, and other public areas.
Guest Rooms
Guest rooms are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after every stay.
Dining
Provide a la carte only dining and arrange restaurant seating are based on physical distancing procedure. Also, all food and beverage are handled, stored, prepared, cooked, and served through a strict food hygiene and safety procedures.

All team members have been fully trained across the operational and personal with high hygiene standards based on the health and safety protocols from World Health Organization (WHO), Indonesian Government, and related authorities.
