Join us this Saturday, the 16th, for a beautiful community hike in Amed.

📍 Meeting Point: @ The Lift Bali
☕ 6:30 AM – Coffee & meet up
🛵 Shortly before 7:00 AM – Scooter ride up near Blue Earth
🥾 7:00 AM – Hike starts!

🌿 Hiking Route:
Start at sunsetpoint ➡️ route behind Blue Earth ➡️ arrive back down in Tukadse

🎒 What to bring:
🧴 Sunscreen
🥾 Hiking shoes or trainers 👟
💦 enough Water
😎 Good vibes & positive energy

⏱️ Duration: Around 2-3 hours

Stop wasting your lat pulldowns.
Fix these mistakes and finally feel your lats working. 🔥

❌ Mistake 1: Grip too narrow
A narrow grip limits lat activation. Use a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip for better lat engagement and pulling strength.

❌ Mistake 2: Sitting too far from the pad
Position your body closer to the thigh pad and directly under the bar for better stability and lat engagement.

❌ Mistake 3: Rolling your shoulders forward
This reduces lat involvement. Keep your chest up and shoulders back as you pull down.

❌ Mistake 4: Pulling your elbows backwards
This shifts tension to the traps and rear delts. Drive your elbows straight DOWN to target the lats.

❌ Mistake 5: Pulling around your head
This recruits more chest and arms. Lean back slightly and pull straight down toward your upper chest.

Better form = better back gains 💪🏼
