Congratulations to our fighters fighting on Team USA at IMCF's World Championship 2026 in Denmark this week. We are proud to have members of our team represent our national buhurt community on the international stage year after year. We wish them the best of luck across all categories in which they are competing ⚔️🛡

Come see the fighters of NYC Armored Combat this weekend at Keal Fest in Cooperstown, NY hosted by the legendary Doug Marcaida from History's Forged in Fire!

Keal Fest is a two day festival featuring food, smithing, craftsmanship, and live combat demos.

We will be doing an exhibition on both July 18th and 19th to showcase the sport of full-contact armored combat known as buhurt. Our time slots include:

1:30 PM - 2 PM
3 PM - 3:30 PM
5 PM - 5:30 PM

On behalf of all of New York City Armored Combat: we are thrilled to be a part of this incredible and exciting project. Thankyou Taylor Ryan Powers
and Thorin Blanco for bringing us on board for it. And shoutout to Doug Marcaida who has many fans on our team, all of whom can't wait to see him.

New York City Armored Combat will be returning to Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden on May 2nd for another exciting exhibition. Come see full-contact medieval combat in real suits of armor!

Fights run from 3-6pm and admission is free.

On February 21st, we held our second exhibition at Bohemian Beer Hall. It was the largest turnout we have ever had for an exhibition in both the number of fighters and audience attending. We look forward to running more of these on a regular basis at this great venue!
