Finally I've managed to visit the GoldKey Ai***ft field on Solt with SZU ai***ft, Vicces Sárga Kutyák and KMGT Ai***ft Team (at least those I know personally, sorry for the rest).

A lovely little area with many, many potentials. It has many buildings, flanking routes. They put insane amount of effort into building the covers and breaking the large empty zones into smaller ones. You instantly know they put all their heart, effort and money into the field.

I'd only mention two drawbacks

One is both spawn area can be put under quarantine by the opposing team that makes the rest of the game really asymmetrical. It really puts a contrast on any slight power imbalance between the teams.

Second the woodland felt really underutilized, the whole game was done in or near the hangars and the road.

With a little bit more experience, there are great potentials, I can only encourage anyone to pay it a visit.

Yes, it looks stupid and there is no real reason why I made this abomination other than "I could".

Yet, if it's stupid but it works, it ain't stupid.

PS.: No mag catch because it was just a prototype, yet it feeds even in this stupid build.

Tegnap folyt le az eddigi legnagyobb privát játékunk az Ai***ft Hungary Base pályán 70 fővel.
Nagyon jó alkalom volt kötetlenül együtt játszani KOALÍCIÓs bajtársainkal, mivel minden csapat képviseltette magát.
A pálya továbbra is a legjobb választás Pest megyén belül skirmish játékokra, és innen is köszönjük a lehetőséget Ai***ft-Játékok szervezése és Goldman Game Ai***ft csapatának a lehetőségért.

A huge milestone and the last stress test, the next step is just the release. The new design now endured 100 (yes, hundred) throws onto concrete, from ~2 - 2.5 stories height. For reference, the previous iteration began showing cracks at ~45 and the bottom cup was thrown off by ~55 throws.

I didn't continue to see how long it lasts for two reasons. It's 10PM and playing in the cold while having flu is not fun, and secondly 100 is already such an achievement I only dreamt about before.

Update on the progress, we are getting closer to the finish line. After finalizing the CAD design, I moved on to the print profiles to see where can it be improved, and boy it could.

On the left is the old print profile (with the V6) on the right is the V6 with the new print profile.

The stress test is WAAAAAY outside the intended use-case, aiming to break design, no matter what. Unless it would take so many attempts I just give up, like it happened with the one on the right.

The left one took 21 throws (again: WAAAAAY outside the intended use-case) to show the first cracks and 27 throws to finally break the outer body.

For the new profile, it took 56 throws for the bottom plate to come off (which is still just a visual thing), but I already noticed some areas where the print profile can greatly improve the strength.

Once the body is ready, I'll move on to the print profile of the head, to bring out the maximum durability.

The work continues to make the most durable 3D printed impact gr***de ever created.

Less proprietary bu****it is always welcome. Now that we know the DE UMP-45 can take standard AK gearboxes, we also don't want that gearbox to swim in mud.

I designed a simple dust cover to replace the stock one. This one mounts on regular AK V3 gearbox only.
