✅The workout contains 3 exercises
Straight Leg Sit Up 6 reps
Bicycle Crunch 16-20 reps
Lying Leg Circles 16 reps.this round one.

You will continue 3 rounds for the given reps. Important is, without any break or pause between rounds. (or a few deep breaths, if it is necessary)

So, I finished the test. My time was ⌚ 04:08 minutes—bicycle Crunch of 20 reps.

I'm 45, and after 30 years of playing with workouts, can I say.... we really need this type of exercise in our lives.

💣These simple movements in a flow you must try, and you will have a special feeling in your body.

It looks easy, but it will be hard. It seems simple, but it's very complex.

Learn these two primary movements, and then combine them info flow.
After you included these flow into your DNA, set up your timer, and let's try this challenge. It's designed for men and women.

✅Beginner:
3 rounds (one round = 1 minute) with rest 1 minute

✅Intermediate:
3 rounds (one round = 3 minute) with rest 1 minute

✅Advanced:
3 rounds (one round = 4-5 minute) with rest 1 minute

You can do it at the End of your regular workout. Or at the beginning of your training as a warm-up.

Sometimes I´m lazy or crushed as if I was dancing at night with road rollers.

Maybe you remember that I am an early morning bird, and in my morning routine, I finish with a workout...
..duration of this workout is never more than 20minutes. The purpose of this workout is not to be tired but to be energized.

But sometimes I´m lazy or crushed as if I was dancing at night with road rollers. It usually happens on Monday after my running session on Sunday evening.

If you decide to start working at home, you should ask what you really need to start. You need a space for your training, resistance to train with, and an indoor or outdoor cardio option.

Next, you should think about your next step. Do you want to have your home gym with a barbell, a squat rack, and a set of weight plates? Or, you want to create resistance with your bodyweight or with resistance bands.
I follow at the most affordable option - body weight and few versatile pieces of equipment.

To get started on a great home gym, you should invest in the following let´s essential items. So, start with the basics, and buy the quality equipment from the start.

Can I be personal? Do you exercise regularly?

I realized that I often read it in books, hear in podcasts that speakers regularly use going to the gym as a role model for working on a goal.

They often say: "If you want to have the figure of your dreams, it is not enough to go to the gym once a month and spend 10 hours there and then the rest of the month doing nothing. No, you need to exercise regularly - preferably every day".

Everyone understands the need to exercise regularly. In this example, with the importance of daily workouts, the speakers can point out that the same approach is important in other goal settings and achieving them. They say: You have to work on your goals every day as you work out on your body every day.

But exercising every day is not easy at all. If you have a job outside the house, you have children, and the children have their activities.
Exercise daily is hard but only up to the time when you create a habit. (about this critical topic later)

A little about me and then about you ...

For this year, I have made a commitment to do sports 24 hours a month every month. In my case, I can fill 24 sporting hours with these activities: morning training/stretching, evening training, 1x weekly boxing 45-60min, 1x weekly running 60min.
This is how I'm doing so far:
January: I missed the finish line by 49 minutes, February: I missed my goal by 1:47,
March: Yes, I did it. I exceeded the schedule by 2 minutes. April looks good so far.

So, I haven't met my goal twice in the last 3 months - to play sports 24 hours a month. If I continued like this until the end of the year, would that be a problem? Could I say that I have only met my target of 33% at the end of the year? Will it be necessary?

Value 💣, As Hal Elrod (author of the book The Miracle Morning), says: The paradigm around the purpose of a goal is not to hit the goal; the ultimate purpose is to become the person that you need to be who is capable of achieving the goals.

What you eat matters. Probably you´ve heard it.

Indeed, your health, shape of your body, your physical condition is mostly a combination of the impact of three things.
✅Movement (i.e., workout), Recovery - the most important is sleeping and Eating.

I want to focus on eating and especially on breakfast.

In my family, I am chief about preparing breakfast.
Our younger daughter has found this oatmeal today in the morning. We didn´t forget about hydration first. It can be water with lemon, as in this example. ..Drink it, wait 30minutes, and Bon appétit.
