🥋 DUELLUM CAMP – VARSÓ 🇵🇱
Egy igazán intenzív és különleges háromnapos edzőtáboron vehettünk részt Varsóban, a Saario Academy lengyelországi központjában. 💪
Három nap, három különböző terület, rengeteg új tapasztalat és tanulás – igazi kihívás volt, de minden percét élveztük! 🔥
A három nap során nemcsak technikai tudást, hanem taktikai gondolkodást, alkalmazkodást és a nyomás alatti helyzetek kezelését is gyakoroltuk. A tábor végén pedig az egyes területek integrált, szituációs gyakorlatokban is összeálltak.
Extra jó hír, hogy a SA Dunakanyar oktatója, Polgár Antal is ott lehetett az első Duellum Campen. Három nap kemény edzés, rengeteg tanulás, új impulzusok és egy szuper társaság – igazán élménydús hétvége volt! 🇭🇺🤝🇵🇱

🥋 DUELLUM CAMP – WARSAW 🇵🇱
We had the chance to take part in an intense and truly special three-day training camp in Warsaw, at the Saario Academy headquarters in Poland. 💪
Three days, three different areas, lots of new experiences and plenty of learning – it was a real challenge, but we enjoyed every minute of it! 🔥
Throughout the three days, we worked not only on technical skills, but also on tactical thinking, adaptability, and dealing with situations under pressure. The camp concluded with integrated scenario-based exercises, bringing everything together in realistic training situations.
Even better, SA Dunakanyar instructor Antal Polgár was also there at the very first Duellum Camp! 🇭🇺🤝🇵🇱
Three days of hard training, learning, new experiences and a great group of people – it was an amazing weekend! 💪
