Idén kilencedik alkalommal rendezik meg Dunaújvárosban a Santa Claus Cup elnevezésű nemzetközi jégkorong utánpótlás tornát, amelyre most is rengeteg résztvevőt várnak az U10-es korosztályban - egész Európából! 🎄 Huge congratulations! 🏒

We are extremely proud that the Santa Claus Cup 2016 MVP, Vojtěch Čihař , has once again been named MVP, this time at the IIHF U20 World Championship (Top Division) — ten years later!

Vojtech was selected by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2nd round (57th overall) of the NHL Draft and signed a three-year contract with the club in 2025.

It is a great pleasure to see a former Santa Claus Cup MVP achieving such outstanding success on the international stage.

This year’s Santa Claus Cup was held on two separate days:
📅 On December 6 (Saturday) we hosted the U8 tournament,
📅 and on December 10 (Wednesday) the U10 A-level competition took place.

Both events have now successfully concluded, bringing exciting games and great sportsmanship from all teams!

The 18th Santa Claus Cup AAA 2025 delivered an exciting weekend full of energy, strong competition and true holiday spirit. Teams from five countries came together to celebrate youth hockey and showcase their skills:

The tournament featured fast-paced games, great teamwork and unforgettable moments. The strongest performance of the weekend came from HC Rožnov Černí Vlci, earning the top position with confident and consistent play.

The group stage of the Santa Claus Cup wrapped up yesterday with intense battles across all groups. The teams advancing to the top eight are: HC Ruzinov ,Piráti Chomutov, Vasas Budapest, Gladiator Trnava, IOGJA Székesfehérvár, MAC Budapest, Spartak Dubnica, and HC Rožnov. Among them, Piráti Chomutov is the only team that has previously won the Santa Claus Cup.
So the big question is: will we crown a new champion tomorrow night?

Europe’s largest youth ice hockey tournament is about to begin!
The history speaks for itself — from humble beginnings in 2007 to becoming a true international hockey festival. As the chart shows, the Santa Claus Cup has grown year after year, reaching a new record in 2025: 84 teams from 12 countries! 🌍🔥

The levels and group divisions are now final, and the teams are getting ready for their big journey to Győr.
In U8, U10 A, U10 AA and U10 AAA categories, young talents are preparing to step on the ice and give their very best. The stage is set, the excitement is rising, and the countdown has officially begun! 🏒✨

The city of Győr, Hungary will once again host the biggest Hungary Talent event of the year! 🇭🇺✨

This year, 24 teams from 2 countries 🇸🇰🇭🇺 will take part,
playing a total of 96 games! ⚡️
Each game will be 1×18 minutes,
and every team will play 8 matches. 🏆

🎯 This is a one-day tournament, with all matches and placement games taking place on the same day.

📅 December 13–14, 2025
The city of Győr, Hungary will once again host the biggest Hungary Talent event of the year! 🇭🇺✨

This year, 30 teams from 11 countries 🇭🇺🇷🇸🇺🇦🇸🇰🇦🇹🇷🇴🇸🇮🇨🇿🇭🇷🇧🇬🇹🇷 will take part,
playing a total of 135 games! ⚡️
Each group game will be 1×25 minutes, and placement games will be 1×20 minutes,
with every team playing 8 matches in total. 🏆

🎯 On the first day, the group-stage games will take place,
and on the second day, teams will battle it out in the placement rounds.
