Something I’ve been looking forward to all summer… tomorrow, RAQSummer Intensive finally begins in Budapest! ❤️
The first participants are arriving, and I’m so excited for these days of dancing, creating and discovering together.

And on Friday, you can join us ONLINE for a special Cinematic Oriental workshop. 🎥🎞
We'll spend two hours working on combinations to a classic song from the Golden Era of Egyptian music, in a brand new version you’ve never heard before. We’ll explore its music, rhythm and lyrics through movement and work on all the little details that make this piece unique.

Mejancé music is so inspiring to work with! ✨ It’s so nuanced and intricate, which gives us a beautiful opportunity to tell our own story and explore a more theatrical side of dance.

During our previous Mejancé Lab live workshop, we danced to a beautifully layered music from my upcoming album, discovering the many possibilities hidden in this style: theatrical storytelling, poetic veil combinations, as well as ideas for group formations with the help of one of my Nymphs.

If you could go back and give your younger self one piece of advice... what would you say?

I think Jinhee's answer is one every professional dancer should definitely hear, especially if you want to keep dancing for many years to come.

Tomorrow, Esme is back on RAQSoul! 😍

On Thursday evening, Esmeralda Colabone and I will be sharing a very special Pop-Up Dance Along Class.

For 90 minutes, we’ll simply do what we love most: celebrate the joy of dancing together. ❤️ Beautiful combinations, lots of dancing and inspiration... and of course, all the wonderful energy we’ll be sharing!
