⚾️ Múlt hétvégén a felnőtt csapat Trnavaba látogatott és a házigazda A és B csapata ellen lépett pályára!
📍 Szombaton a Trnava B csapata ellen a születésnapját ünneplő Bagyinszki Tibor kezdett a dombon, 5 inning alatt csak egyetlen pontot engedett és begyűjtött 6 strikeoutot! Őt Földessy Ákos váltotta és a maradék 4 inning alatt ő is csak egy pontot engedett az ellenfélnek. A védelem magabiztosan dolgozott a dobók mögött. Az ütőink sokáig némák maradtak, azután viszont a hatodik és hetedik inningben sikerült pár pontot felpakolni a táblára és megtartani az előnyt a meccs végéig, így 3-2-re behúzta a csapat a mérkőzést.
Vasárnap Trnava A csapata ellen José Vasquez hihetetlen dobóteljesítményt mutatott: complete game-t dobott 14 strikeouttal és csak 3 pontot engedélyezett! Ugyanakkor, sajnos a támadásunk nem tudott muzsikálni, a Trnava védelme minden ütést hárított. A védelmünkben is volt, hogy lankadt a koncentráció, és hiába Vasquez elképesztő dobóperformansza, a találkozót 3-0-ra elvesztettük.

⚾️ Last weekend, our men team travelled to Trnava to take on the hosts' A and B teams!
📍 On Saturday, against Trnava B, birthday-boy Tibor Bagyinszki started on the mound. Over five innings, he allowed just one run while striking out six batters. He was relieved by Ákos Földessy, who also allowed only one run across the remaining four innings. The defence was solid and dependable behind our pitchers throughout the game. Our bats stayed quiet for much of the game, but we finally broke through in the sixth and seventh innings, putting a few runs on the board and holding on to the lead until the final out to secure a 3–2 victory.
On Sunday, against Trnava A, José Vasquez delivered a phenomenal pitching performance. He pitched a complete game, recording 14 strikeouts while allowing only three runs. Unfortunately, our offence could not get going, as Trnava's defence dealt with every ball we put in play. We also had a few lapses in concentration on the field, and despite Vasquez's outstanding display on the mound, we fell to a 3–0 defeat.
