Kinek milyen otthoni mozgás van betervezve a hétvégére? A zumba mellett, mikor még időm engedte rengeteg step aerobicot, saját testsúlyos edzést, aerobicot csináltam rendszeresen. Hiányzik is, mert imádom! Ma nem hagyom ki Réka óráját 17:00-tól, elővehetem a step padomat is hozzá, juhú (ami egyébként szintén zumbás, mert igen, zumba step is van ám!) Utána pedig 18:30-tól Gina Grant ZES online zumbájára váltok, nekem ő a zumba egyik királynője! :)

What are your sport plans at home for this weekend honeys? Beside zumba I am really in love with step aerobic, bodyweight workouts and aerobics but long time now I couldn't afford them in my schedule. Today I will not miss Réka's class at 17pm (aerobic combined with step so my step will be in da house again, of course it is also zumba branded, as there is also zumba step workout). From 18:30 I will switch to the live zumba class of ZES Gina Grant who is for me a real zumba queen (post shared yesterday).
