How frustrating is it going to the gym but feeling like you never look any different?
You enjoy lifting weights and you feel like youâre pushing yourself but still donât feel good in your body
Itâs gets pretty bloody frustrating doesnât it
Because you know you donât feel good enough to whip your top off and train in your sports bra
And youâre stuck wondering what the hell you need to do
Because half of instagram is telling you to stop dieting and eat more âšâšBut then in your head you know you need to lose some body fat to show off that shape youâve been working on
And thatâs exactly where Rachel was
She knew she enjoyed the gym, it was never an issue getting there
But she knew she also wanted to drop some body fat, get to that position of no longer having to diet
So we mapped out her journey, nailed the fat loss phase
Helped her to manage weight loss around socials and optimising her calories so she could still get strong and focus on her goals of getting her first pull up
And now, Iâm teaching her how to manage all her socials, Summer holidays and eating more calories
WITHOUT doing that thing of just smashing the F it button
And coming back in Winter because she knows sheâs back at square one
Weâre mapping out every week with her training towards her hyrox goal
Iâm keeping her accountable and helping her with her mindset around eating more
And she knows her energy levels are better than ever
Sheâs going to build some serious shape, muscle and sheâs not far off the pull up goal
Because the journey doesnât end at fat loss
Itâs just the beginning
The fun comes after youâve nailed that bit
