Each martial arts style can be a member of our organization chart , proposing own codified martial arts system about self defence.

W.O.S.D.© is a worldwide organization which has the object of self defence in each aspect , without limitations on any martial art style ( armed or unarmed ) since 2004. W.O.S.D.© is an organized complex of people , associations and federations which works closely connected in order to purpose the same aim : work together under the name of W.O.S.D.© to promote and encourage all people, associations and federations in the world. Our organization policy : to be an organization who wants to promote and takes initiatives to favour a common plan and the meeting of any style in the same topic of self defence. All things will be devolop on a world scale . Result of all : the low cost to be a W.O.S.D.© member ; you'll have the right to receive an international certificate with the identification code for each style and each head instructor , so we'll start to work together under W.O.S.D.© trademark. We offer You, in the same time, 3 specific divisions ( where You'll practice closely with some of the best specialists , from each part of the world ) : - Martial Arts; - Self Defence; - Law enforcements; - Military; - Body guards;
WOSD IS PRO DEFENSIVE SOLUTIONS LINK. We introduce ourself like an "organization" and it means that W.O.S.D.© has a management which works in a unmistakable way : We promote without any distinctions, each martial art style or combat style which is a regular W.O.S.D.© member ( in accordance with W.O.S.D.© code ) We promote national and international cross training or stages dedicated to self defence , with presence of styles wich are our members , together with their instructors - technical directors - students ) We want to promote self defence studies , it means to develop our plans without preconception about any martial art background or birth area ... in order to work boundless together. All head instructors will work together on the W.O.S.D.© project in order to promote martial arts events ( supported by W.O.S.D.© like supervisor ). Our organizzation is like a round table where each member can propose , organize and take part in our martial arts events , under the W.O.S.D.'s aegis : we aren't under control of plutocracy principles ( like some federations...) , our rules are direct to give to each W.O.S.D.© member the option to express himself . So, we are not a " martial arts method " or " martial art style". We are a central point where are united various martial art styles and wher they can find a new way to promote their styles and where W.O.S.D.© will be the central-head meeting point .

The 22nd W.O.S.D. Full Contact Self-Defense Summer Camp has concluded.

Three days of study, discussion, and growth, shared with practitioners and instructors from Greece, Romania, Ireland, and Albania, along with the leaders of the leading RAPID Sento Ryu Ju Jitsu Academies.

More than 15 hours of high-level technique, undertaken with dedication, discipline, and extraordinary team spirit. Not even the 40°C temperatures felt slowed the pace: each participant demonstrated determination, sacrifice, and passion, making this edition truly special.

For a few years now, by my own choice, the Summer Camp has had limited enrollment, to ensure even higher quality training, greater focus on mat work, and direct interaction between all participants.

A sincere thank you to everyone who took part in this experience, to the instructors who shared their skills and vision, and to those who contributed with their enthusiasm to creating a climate of respect, friendship, and authentic martial arts growth.

The value of an event isn't measured solely by the techniques taught, but by the people who make it possible.

The appointment was officially conferred by World President Kancho Antonio La Salandra in recognition of his experience, dedication, and contribution to the development of Self Defence worldwide.

Heraclitus left us with an eternal and striking image in its simplicity:
time is a game, beautifully played by children.
Yet it is a serious game. A game made of change, of balances that break and are rebuilt, of continuous growth.

For this reason, time should not be measured in hours and minutes, but in transformations.
Transformations of the individual.
Transformations of consciousness.
Transformations in the way we face danger, responsibility, and life itself.

It is within this vision that the essence of the World Organization of Self Defence and the International Rapid Academy is fully recognized.
Not merely training institutions, but places of passage, where men and women enter with skills and emerge with a new awareness.

Every training session, every moment of study, every sacrifice is not time spent, but time lived.
It is time that shapes character, educates self-control, and teaches that true strength is not aggression, but mastery of oneself.
That true speed is not haste, but clarity in action.
That true defence is born first in the mind, and only then in the body.

To the W.O.S.D., the wish is to continue being an international point of reference for all those who believe that self-defence is, above all, a matter of ethics, responsibility, and service.
To the International Rapid Academy, the wish is to remain a forge of professionalism, discipline, and adaptability, in a world that is changing faster than ever before.

May the future not be counted in years, but in trained individuals,
in transformed students,
in instructors who leave a lasting mark.

Because, as in the game of children evoked by Heraclitus, only those who can play with change without fearing it can truly govern time.

Great things this week following the visit to Hungary by Kancho Antonio La Salandra 🇭🇺

We are proud to announce an important step forward for our international community.
Soke István Kelemen, a man of outstanding experience and technical depth, is now the Branch Chief for Hungary and a member of the International Technical Commission.

His style, Kelemen Ryū Ju Jitsu, is officially recognized as an effective system for personal self-defense, also acknowledged by W.O.S.D.
