Recently, I've stopped worrying about others' judgments. I go where I want to, wear what I like, express my true opinions when asked, and find it easier to craft my captions. I've stopped worrying; I feel unchained, free from the fear of losing loved ones. True love honors your true self. I'm liberated from the fear of criticism; I accept my mistakes readily and adapt my beliefs effortlessly. These days, I have nothing to hide. I am consistent across all aspects of my life, whether alone, at work, in relationships, or socially. I make choices that allow me to respect the person I see in the mirror. In my view, this is the greatest contribution one can make to the universe and the ultimate purpose of life.

It's not about your goals; it's about your identity. For a long time, I was trying hard to achieve things. I used to spend much time on goal setting. After a while, I found out some of my goals were not achieved. Then I studied my achievements and discovered that all of them were fulfilled because I became the person who deserved them and was doing all the necessary things in a habitual manner. I realized I only achieve things that align with my identity. I started to believe and spend more time on building habitual systems rather than setting goals. I discovered I can only build habitual patterns that align with my belief system. So, I became more crystal clear with my beliefs. I found out I can choose my beliefs, keeping the helpful ones, building new helpful beliefs, and eliminating destructive ones. I finally realized it's up to me. No one can choose my beliefs for me. I used logic and critical thinking as tools to shed light on every confusion, picking the best beliefs to help me become the person who deserves everything I want. It was only then that I could take full responsibility for everything happening to me. I am responsible. I feel strong. 💎

It allows you to see things more clearly and serves as a reminder of important tasks you might be putting off. It's like a mental nudge. Additionally, it's akin to brainstorming within your mind's applications with you as the observer.
