Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. I don’t think there has ever been a heavyweight with the engine to match that of Rockys. An undenying will to win and a thunderous punch saw the Brockton blockbuster make 6 defences of the title,many of the bouts saw him come from behind to close the show. Underrated champion who often gets overlooked due to his size. What Marciano lacked in physical presence and mass,he countered with sheer heart,guts,determination and will. He trained like he fought…hard.
