Learning is not something simple, it is a constant upgrade that improves our abilities.
Especially in Wing Chun, which is a complex skill, a skill that contains a number of different levels....

The topic of the seminar was techniques from the Biu Jee form, partner exercises and finally the method of solo exercise and preparation for the use of elbows, which this form strongly emphasizes......
