You do not need steep hills or dramatic terrain to Nordic walk properly.

You can Nordic walk almost anywhere:
• Local parks
• Pavements and shared paths
• Woodland and forest trails
• Coastal paths and beaches
• Countryside tracks
• Urban green spaces

Nordic walking adapts to where you are and how you want to move. Flat or hilly. Town or trail. Short sessions or longer walks. The technique works wherever you take it.

That adaptability is one of the reasons people stick with it.
