Carbon Vertebrae Protector is a project to create a modern and efficient neck and back protector conceived as a combination of modern materials and innovative solutions. The protector consists of three parts. The first part is stiff segments anatomically designed to fit on the user’s back and offer protection and support against blows or accidents. The second part is the core of the protector, mad
e of modern polymer materials, connecting the stiff segments and giving greater comfort while at the same time offering greater protection. The third part is all additional materials and elements offering greater comfort (polyurethane foam), protection (kidney belt, shoulder straps) and hygiene (quick sweat separation, a sense of freshness, antibacterial treatment). The Protector and its variants are used to protect the users spine and neck during motorcycle accidents, professional and recreational sport accidents (skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, riding), automobile accidents, safety at work and lumbar support for the elderly and the infirm.
