Akrobalans se sastoji od akrobatskih vežbi zasnovanih na radu u paru gde "baza" nosi "letača" i zajedno formiraju različite poze kroz tranzicije. Povedite mamu/tatu, momka/devojku, druga/drugaricu ili komšiju i otkrijte do koje granice možete ići i onda zajedno pokušajte da je pređete.

Treninzi se održavaju 3 p**a nedeljno na SPENS-u u Novom Sadu, a vikendom u Beogradu.

Had the best few days behind us 😊
Our first stop was at where we had a little pop up acro workshop in this amazing space, if you are around Zagreb definitely give them a visit 🤸‍♀️

We wanna thank everyone who came but especially for helping us organise and being such amazing hosts, if you are looking for acro yoga classes in Zagreb they are the ones to follow!

Vreme je za prve radionice u novoj 2026oj! 😁

U toku radionica od 90 minuta pokušaćemo da vas upoznamo sa nekim novim elementima akro joge i partnerske akrobatike.
Jedino što vam je potrebno je dobro raspoloženje 🙂

Od opreme ponesite peškir (da imate podlogu za zagrevanje), dovoljno velik da možete leći na njega i uredne nokte. Takođe savetujemo da obučete užu garderobu bez dzepova da vam ne bi padala preko glava ako budete naglavačke.

Radionice u trajanju od 90min će se održati u NEDELjU(1. februara) sa početkom u 11:00h.

* NAPOMENA *
✅Zbog ograničenog broja učesnika OBAVEZNO najavite svoj dolazak
✅Cena radionica je 20e (2350rsd) ili 35e ako dolazite sa partnerom
✅ Rok za prijave i uplatu depozita je 30. januar ili dok se ne popune mesta
* Informacije o uplati dobićete nakon prijave.

During this 90 min class we will get to know some new elements of acro yoga and partner acrobatics
The only prerequisite you need is good mood 🙂.
If you are arriving solo, come find out how fast you can build trust and partner up with a new friend.

The 90-minute workshop will be held on SUNDAY (February 1st) starting at 11:00h.

* NOTE *
✅Due to a limited number of participants, please confirm your attendance
✅The price for the workshop is 20e (2350rsd) or 35e if you are coming as a duo
✅ The deadline for applying and paying the deposit is January 30th or until it’s full
*You will get all the details after you apply

U toku radionica od sat i 45 minuta pokušaćemo da vas upoznamo sa osnovnim i ne tako osnovnim elementima akro joge i partnerske akrobatike i da ih spojimo u jedan flow.
Jedino što vam je potrebno je dobro raspoloženje 🙂

Od opreme ponesite ručnik (da imate podlogu za zagrevanje), dovoljno velik da možete leći na njega i uredne nokte.
Takođe savetujemo da obučete užu garderobu bez dzepova da vam ne bi padala preko glava ako budete naglavačke.

Radionice u trajanju od sat i 45min će se održati u PETAK(23. sječanja) sa početkom u 18:00h.

✅Cena radionica je 30e ako dolazite solo ili 55e ako dolazite sa partnerom

Just a few bits(cause we mostly forgot to make videos. 😅) from our weekend intensive in Krakow. We had the best time ever with this amazing community, hopefully they did as well, and we can wait to see you all somewhere else in the world!
