When you love the art within you…your rhythm, your breath, your movement, your voice…
We nurture the inner source of creation.
When we love the art within ourselves, we connect with the part that creates from authenticity, presence and soul.
The moment we stop seeking approval from the outside and begin to listen to what wants to be expressed from within- Healing begins🤍
To love the art within yourself means:
-honoring your own rhythm
- nurturing your creativity and your body
- allowing expression to become the bridge between your soul and the world.
And in that space of honesty, life itself becomes your art and you remember who you truly are.🤍✨
