The book I am preparing will look something like this. I have divided the quotes into about twenty, let's call them, chapters. Behind each quote, it is written whose it is, and at the bottom of the page is a footnote with the source from which the quote was taken. Below each quote is my comment or clarification. At the beginning of the chapter is my introductory comment. Somewhere, it is missing because I think it is not even needed. The photographs in the book usually have no connection with the chapter near which and in which they are located (some probably do). The photographs are my personal ones or were given to me by friends, except for those older ones that I am allowed to use without violating copyrights. I am currently working on the comments below each quote. The job is not easy, but it is very fun. Wish me luck.

"Dear followers of this page, you have probably noticed that there have been very few posts lately. The reason is simple. Many of you have suggested that I collect the quotes you read here and publish them in a book—and that is exactly what I am working on right now!
However, it is not an easy job. Publishing other people's quotes without citing the source is impossible. Furthermore, publishing them without my own additional analysis would not be allowed, as the book needs to reflect my original work.
Over the past few weeks, I have been doing the painstaking work of tracking down the original sources for all of these quotes and writing matching commentaries. I unfortunately had to discard a few quotes because their sources could not be verified, but I managed to save the vast majority of them.
If everything goes according to plan, the manuscript will be ready by this fall. I am currently finalizing the English version, after which I plan to translate it into Italian, French, and Spanish.
What makes this period even more challenging is my personal life. My wife had hip surgery a few days ago, and I am also caring for my 94-year-old father.
Balancing these family responsibilities takes a lot of time. Because of this, I kindly ask for your patience during this quiet period, and I hope you will continue to follow the page.
Sincerely yours,
Slavko Bubalo, Administrator"

Taiji Kase on training in wartime: "During the war, we often had one exercise. One of us needed to defend the flag and resist as long as possible the attacks of those whose mission was to take it down from the mast. Once they took us to the ship, took us out to the open sea, and threw us into the water. It took the ship an hour and a half to reach the coast. We had to swim after him. This exercise cost the lives of ten of our classmates."

"We must not forget that each quality has its opposite, so what is a strength can hide a weakness. For this reason, I believe that on the one hand, we are approaching to formal perfection, and on the other hand, it is also necessary to develop a freer, "wild" spirit. Always being too "gentlemanly" sometimes can be a limit."
Quote from an interview with Kase sensei conducted by Luciano Puricelli. Unknown years. "Passing on the legacy of Yosh*taka Funakoshi."

"I have constantly worked together with Master Kase to create a group of Masters capable of transmitting the essence of Karate-do, i.e. the principles of Budo. Master Kase always told me how impressed he was by his masters and companions, such as Yosh*taka Funakoshi, Egami, Okuyama, Hironishi, and Takagi. These models were perpetually in his mind and formed the fundamental basis from which he developed his style, his values, and his way of practicing and teaching Karate. Master Kase, in fact, was convinced that only by leading his life on the example of such figures, he would be able to keep alive the spirit of Karate-do as he had been taught. For this reason, he trained constantly and, above all, devoted himself to demonstrating the application of kime, as the maximum ability to unite breathing, mental energy, and body dynamics. This resulted in an extraordinary power that came from the depths and was perceived in every demonstration of him, even in the ex*****on of a single technique.
This authentic example of life is the greatest value that Master Kase has transmitted to me, without the need to resort to writings, books, or other material means of dissemination." - Master Hiroshi Shirai in an interview conducted by Yumi Shirai

"You've done plenty of Kihon, kata, ... it is enough! So, you learned a lot of different forms. But what do you really know? You know nothing! It is important to go deep inside, to get this feeling. When do you start to practise, and where do you begin from? Which power, which energy do you use? Is it from the stomach, from the head, from the shoulders, from where? If you are only doing it with muscles, there will be no progress! I need to search inside for the sense that will trigger the change. You have to try yourself to find something inside that will "move you". That is the Way of Karate." - Master Taiji Kase, a lesson from the seminars.

"My latest article has been featured in the renowned Shotokan Karate Magazine. This time, the focus is on Yosh*taka Funakoshi, a man who became a karate legend after his untimely death at just 40 years old. Although written to commemorate the 80th anniversary of his passing, due to circumstances, it was officially published in this year's June edition."
